Registration Process

This is the process clubs & schools will use to submit teams and register players:

1. TEAM REGISTRATIONS CLOSE
Premier - Friday 12th March
Satellite (Senior, Youth, Year 7-8 incl. Satellite Preseason) - Friday 12th March
futureFERNS Years 1-6 -  TBC
Premier Preseason - Friday 6 March 


2. PLAYER REGISTRATIONS CLOSE
Premier - Monday 20th March
Satellite (Senior, Youth, Year 7-8 incl. Satellite Preseason) - Monday 27th March
futureFERNS Years 1-6 - TBC
Premier Preaseason - Tuesday 20 March


How to Enter a Team 

Add team name only (do not add club/school into team name box as it shows your club/school name automatically).


How to Add Players to a Team

If you are filling out the ‘Netball Registration’ form on behalf of somebody else: You MUST ensure that you enter the PARTICIPANT'S Email Address, DOB and correct Full Name (not your own). Failure to do this will create duplicate profiles and syncing issues. 


Registering Returning Members:

It's easy to email members who registered with your club/school last season an invitation to re-register for 2026 - see How to invite your database back to re-register. This saves people having to re-enter their details, instead they simply click on the invite link they are emailed and it opens the 2026 form prefilled with their last seasons details.

Access to Sporty


If you are a club or school administrator and unsure of you login details please contact support@sportsground.com

KAMAR

If you are a KAMAR school there is the ability to integrate KAMAR with Sporty. For more information on this please contact the Sporty support team directly at support@sportsground.com

Further information on Superforms

Clubs & schools have their own Netball Registration form which they can access in Team Builder. This links to Netball Taranaki as the local Netball Center.

You have the ability to add additional fields to the form that are specific to you (eg uniform information). Any data in your custom fields is not passed to us, but is securely available for you to use as an online database. This lets everyone's needs be met through the completion of one single web form, so that you don't need to run a separate parallel registration/consent process.
