Year 1 & 2

The aim is to develop fundamental movement and ball skills. The game follows the preceding skill session and 4 v 4 is played on one full third of a full sized court with the emphasis on equal participation.

• 6 players maximum

Year 1-2 Match Day Schedule

All activites included in the time allocated on court

6 Minutes: Netball Smart Warm-Up (Star Helper to lead their team warm up)

15 Minutes: Skill Development (Junior Coordinator to demonstrate)

Match play: 2 x 10 minutes

Following each game please remember to cool-down as a team.
