Year 7 & 8

Players have developed a considerable understanding of the game, and are now playing seven-a -side. The emphasis is on converting fundamental movement skills to foundation Netball Skills which are essential for success in any sport. Performance, challenge and 'playing' are key motives for this age group. Rotation around positions and equal game time is encouraged in this age group.

Year 7-8 Match Day Schedule

​​​​​​​Arrive at the courts with plenty of time to warm-up before the scheduled match time.

NetballSmart Warm-Up is recommended and takes 15 - 20 minutes.

Match play: 4 x 10min Quarters
