This is the process clubs & schools will use to submit teams and register players:


1. TEAM REGISTRATIONS CLOSE

Premier - Friday 8th March

Satellite (Senior, Youth, Year 7-8 incl. Satellite Preseason) - Friday 8th March

futureFERNS Years 1-6 - Friday 15th March (note: New Plymouth futureFERNS years 1-2 play in term 4)

Premier Preaseason - Friday 22nd March 


2. PLAYER REGISTRATIONS CLOSE

Premier - Monday 18th March

Satellite (Senior, Youth, Year 7-8 incl. Satellite Preseason) - Monday 18th March

futureFERNS Years 1-6 - Friday 12th April 

Premier Preaseason - Tuesday 2nd April

New Player Registrations – after team building dates close

  1. Clubs/schools to complete the Netball Registration (2024) form – linked to your club/school (this can be found through Sporty Dashboard/Online Registrations/Netball Registration 2024). Also available through on our Clubs & Schools page.
  • If you are filling out the ‘Netball Registration’ form on behalf of somebody else: You MUST enter the PARTICIPANT’S Email Address, DOB and correct Full Name (not your own). Failure to do this will create duplicate profiles and syncing issues (details cannot be changed after).
  1. Email Games with the name of the player and the team they are entering before 1pm on game day (or 1pm the day before for Saturday games).
  2. We will then add the player to the team at our end (if it’s before 1pm on game day).
  3. They are then registered to play and can be selected on the team list.

  • Registering Returning Members:

It's easy to email members who registered with your club/school last season an invitation to re-register for 2024 - see How to invite your database back to re-register (you must view the 2023 form). This saves people having to re-enter their details, instead they simply click on the invite link they are emailed and it opens the 2024 form prefilled with their last seasons details. ​​​​​​​

Access to Sporty

If you are a club or school administrator and unsure of you login details please contact support@sportsground.com

KAMAR

If you are a KAMAR school there is the ability to integrate KAMAR with Sporty. For more information on this please contact the Sporty support team directly at support@sportsground.com

Further information on Superforms

Clubs & schools have their own Netball Registration form which they can access in Team Builder. This links to Netball Taranaki as the local Netball Center.

You have the ability to add additional fields to the form that are specific to you (eg uniform information). Any data in your custom fields is not passed to us, but is securely available for you to use as an online database. This lets everyone's needs be met through the completion of one single web form, so that you don't need to run a separate parallel registration/consent process.

Superforms

Superforms make it easy for us to receive consolidated reports from all of our affiliated clubs & schools, while still respecting your privacy requirements.

Superforms is a proven solution that is designed to reduce workload and duplication as much as possible for administrators. Superforms make it easy for us to receive a consolidated report from all affiliated clubs & schools.

Importantly, you can also use this registration form as your own registration form for players/officials to register with you directly if you wish. You have the ability to add additional fields to the form that are specific to you (eg uniform information). Any data in your custom fields is not passed to us, but is securely available for you to use as an online database. This lets everyone's needs be met through the completion of one single web form, so that you don't need to run a separate parallel registration/consent process.

You can decide whether you wish to display this web form publicly to allow people to register with you online, or whether you prefer it to remain hidden so that you can login and enter player details yourself instead. Either way, you will have login access to view and modify details relating to your players, as well as to export your database to Excel, etc.
