Preparing for Reps 2023 

This year we have four age categories: U14, U16, U16 Mixed (males included) & U18.

Age eligibility is defined as;
U14 (Female) - Aged 13 (born 2010) or 14 (born 2009)
U16 (Female and Mixed) - Aged 15 (born 2008) or 16 (born 2007)
U18 (Female) - Aged 17 (born 2006) or 18 (born 2005)

8 - week Program including fitness testing, skills, strength and conditioning & game sense.

Tuesdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm, New Plymouth

Wednesdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm in Stratford. 

Starts: Tuesday February 7th 2023

Ends: Wednesday 29th March 2023

Cost: $40 

All Preparing For Reps players are required to attend the representative trials in 2023.​​​​​​​
